Roles and responsibilities of Work Package 1

Work Package 1 (WP1) will be managed by the IMAGE Steering Committee, which consists of the IMAGE main partner and the leaders of Work Packages 2-7. The Steering Committee will have responsibility for all essential management activities throughout the duration and completion of the project, and will function as a central unit for the internal project communications. This includes responsibility for the overall co-ordination of the project and the organisation of the three partner organisations’ conventions.

The Steering Committee will co-ordinate, brief and direct the various working groups, collect and communicate information about work in progress, identify and assist in resolving problems and co-ordinate regular reporting and monitoring of the proposed milestones and deliverables.
